Sunlight on a broken column
Project
Once the night rocks the lightwaves softly asleep, the child walks in a haze through the faded scenery. ‘Because his wings are no longer wings to fly, but merely fans to beat the air.’
A documentary about Nepali children in a shelter. They grew up in dysfunctional families, lived on the street or were abused. Looking back- or forwards, and doing the best they can to heal the wounds of the past.
Nevertheless,
there will be time
to prepare a face
to meet the faces that they meet.
